Kybella is an injectable product that will decrease submental fat or “double chin”. It contains deoxycholic acid, which destroys fat. HOW IS KYBELLA INJECTED?
Kybella is injected into the treatment area using a very small fine gauge needle. It is injected into the fatty tissue under the chin. The deoxycholic acid breaks down the undesirable fat, and your body will absorb it naturally. Many clients will require multiple treatments, but once the fat is dissolved, it will not come back. Each treatment takes about 30 minutes.
HOW LONG IS RECOVERY FROM KYBELLA INJECTIONS?
Following the procedure, most patients will have swelling in the treated area for 1 to 2 days. You may return to your daily routines following the treatments. Some patients may require multiple treatments to achieve the desired result. Once the treatments are completed, the results are life-long.
